Overview:
Clear Estimates makes it easy to manage your subscription and company info from right within the software. Those preferences and settings can be found in your “Options” tool – located in the upper right corner of your screen:
Use the category list on the left side of the Options Tool to find your company information and subscription management options:
From the Options tool, you can update your Company Info (company name, address, logo, contact info), and manage your subscription ( manage / update payment method, cancel your subscription, upgrade, view billing history, etc.)
My Company Info
To update your company information (logo, address, contact information, etc) select “Options > My Company Info”.
From here, you will have the option to Set Company Logo and change the logo size / position.
This is also where you can update your Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, License Number, and general contact information.
Manage Subscription
To update your subscription preferences, select “Options > Manage Subscription”.
This will open up your Customer Portal. The Customer Portal is where you will update your payment information, change your subscription plan, cancel your subscription / unsubscribe, view billing / payment history, and find out when your next billing cycle occurs.
Account Settings
Within the Options tool, you will also be able to change your labor rates, report settings, default markup, your Clear Estimates integrations, and even your payment schedules!
